The Firm
TURK & PRUM is a law firm that brings together lawyers in the defence and support of its clients.
Starting from a common will to combine their expertise and know-how, Maître Charles TURK, Maître François PRUM and Maître François TURK founded the law firm TURK & PRUM in 1990. They were joined by Maître Danielle WAGNER in 1997. Maître François DELVAUX became a partner of the law firm in 2003, followed by Maître Lionel SPET in 2010 and Maître Aurore MERZ-SPET in 2013.
Specializing in complex legal litigation and with a wide range of expertise, we operate in Luxembourg criminal, civil and commercial courts and also advise our clients in international cases.
The law firm has thus developed regular and privileged collaborative relationships with other well-known law firms in many states within and outside the European Union.
We work for both individuals and legal entities and our regular clients includes major players in the Luxembourg economy such as banks, insurance companies, construction companies, architects and engineers, transport companies, crafts company, industrialists and traders, liberal professions as well as public players such as Ministries and Municipalities.
The firm offers its services in French, English, German and Luxembourgish.
